Veterinarian outreach — request for feedback

Dear Veterinarians,

We want to seek funding to help promote and provide AMATOXtests to veterinarians who might encounter amanitin toxicosis (GI distress/liver failure/death from eating deadly mushrooms containing amanitin). In order to write a compelling grant, we need assistance from veterinarians who might see or treat dogs who present with mushroom-related symptoms. If you are interested in providing us feedback, if we secure funding, we would be able to provide these tests at free or reduced cost to help you help us. Please provide a few details below if you are interested in helping our research efforts.
